  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You can track your order through the PostEx tracking system

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure you provide a valid phone number
  • Our courier partner may contact you before delivery
  • Orders may be canceled if not confirmed or reachable

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Phone not reachable

The order may be:

  • Returned to us
  • Re-dispatched only after confirmation

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
