At StitchOutfit, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn and in original condition
- All tags must be intact
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved:
- We will provide return instructions
- You will be required to send the item to the following address:

⚠️ Important: Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping (Pakistan)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service such as TCS or Leopards or partner Courier to ensure safe delivery.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at stitchoutfitpk@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Personal care items (e.g., undergarments)
- Perishable goods
- Sale items or discounted products
- Gift cards
If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different size or item:
- Return the original item (if eligible)
- Place a new order separately
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will be notified regarding approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be issued via:
- Bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa (depending on your original payment method)
Please note:
- It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund
- If 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us at stitchoutfitpk@gmail.com
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash/Easypaisa)
- Customers must provide correct payment details to avoid delays
