At StitchOutfit, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn and in original condition
  • All tags must be intact
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions
  • You will be required to send the item to the following address:

⚠️ Important: Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping (Pakistan)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service such as TCS or Leopards or partner Courier to ensure safe delivery.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at stitchoutfitpk@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Personal care items (e.g., undergarments)
  • Perishable goods
  • Sale items or discounted products
  • Gift cards

If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

To get a different size or item:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order separately

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified regarding approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

Refunds will be issued via:

  • Bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa (depending on your original payment method)

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund
  • If 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us at stitchoutfitpk@gmail.com

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash/Easypaisa)
  • Customers must provide correct payment details to avoid delays
